有机肥替代化肥对连作芹菜及土壤养分的影响

Effects of Combined Application of Organic Fertilizer Instead of Chemical Fertilizer on Continuous Cropping of Celery and Soil Nutrients

    目的 为探索芹菜生产中合理的农业施肥制度,实现减肥增效和达到改良连作土壤的目的。
    方法 以芹菜中的‘皇后’品种为供试作物,通过连作条件下的单因素随机区组试验设计,有机肥替代不同量的化肥为因子,设有机肥中的氮素替代化肥中0%、15%、30%、45%、60%的氮素五个水平,即CK、OF15、OF30、OF45、OF60共5个处理,以此测定配施不同有机肥对芹菜长势、产量、品质和供试土壤的相关指标。
    结果 随着有机肥替代化肥的占比提高,株高、茎粗和产量都呈现出先升高后降低的趋势,表现较优的均为OF45处理,其中株高最高达59.25 cm,茎粗最高达12.38 cm,增产46.75% ~ 77.35%。在此条件下,芹菜的品质也有所提高,但Vc、可溶性蛋白和粗纤维在各处理之间的差异较小,硝酸盐在各处理之间的差异较大,以OF45处理的含量最低,较对照降低了52.55%。有机肥替代化肥对各处理不同层土壤的理化性质影响较小,结合种植前后的养分差异发现,增施有机肥,能够有效提高不同土层土壤中的全氮、全磷、有机质和速效养分含量。此外,通过对土壤综合肥力的分析得出,配施有机肥对深层土壤中的养分提升较明显,对浅层土壤的养分提升较弱。由土壤肥力综合指数值(IFI)与全氮、有效氮、全磷、有效磷、有效钾和有机质指标的相关系数达到0.85以上。
    结论 配施有机肥对连作土壤有一定的改良作用,结合TOPSIS法评价分析的结果,有机肥中的氮素替换化肥中氮素的占比控制在45% ~ 60%,可以有效调节土壤养分,而且能维持芹菜正常的需肥要求,也能提高芹菜产量。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective The aim was to explore a reasonable agricultural fertilization system in celery production, in order to reduce inorganic fertilizer application and increase efficiency in the continuous cropping of celery.
    Method In this experiment, the ‘Queen’ variety of celery was used as the test material. Through the single-factor randomized block experiment design, the organic fertilizer was used to replace different amounts of chemical fertilizer as a factor, and the nitrogen in the organic fertilizer was used to replace the nitrogen in the chemical fertilizer. Five levels of 0%, 15%, 30%, 45%, and 60%, namely CK, OF15, OF30, OF45, and OF60 were used to determine the relevant indicators of celery growth, yield, quality, and test soil with different organic fertilizers. A suitable fertilization scheme was explored for celery cultivation in the mountainous area of southern Ningxia, and various soil problems caused by continuous cropping were solved.
    Result The results showed that the plant height, stem diameter, and yield showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of the proportion of organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer. The OF45 treatment had the best performance, which the plant height was up to 59.25 cm, the stem diameter was up to 12.38 cm, and the yield was increased by 46.75% - 77.35%. Under this condition, the quality of celery was also improved, but the difference in Vc, soluble protein, and crude fiber among the treatments was small, and the difference in nitrate among the treatments was large. The nitrate content in OF45 treatment was the lowest, which was 52.55 % lower than that of the control. The substitution of organic fertilizer for chemical fertilizer had little effect on the physical and chemical properties of different layers of soil in each treatment. Combined with the nutrient differences before and after planting, it was found that the application of organic fertilizer could effectively improve the total nitrogen, total phosphorus, organic matter, available nutrients in different soil layers. In addition, through the analysis of soil comprehensive fertility, it is concluded that the application of organic fertilizer had obvious nutrient improvement in deep soil, and the nutrient improvement in shallow soil was weak. The correlation coefficient between soil integrated fertility index (IFI) and total nitrogen, available nitrogen, total phosphorus, available phosphorus, available potassium, and organic matter indices reached more than 0.85, which was enough to illustrate the reliability of soil comprehensive fertility evaluation results.
    Conclusion Combined application of organic fertilizer has a certain improvement effect on continuous cropping soil. Through the analysis of the measured data, combined with the results of the TOPSIS method evaluation and analysis, the proportion of nitrogen in the organic fertilizer to replace the nitrogen in the chemical fertilizer is controlled between 45% ~ 60%, which can effectively regulate the nutrients in the soil, and can maintain the normal fertilizer requirements of celery, and can also improve the yield of celery.
